What shirt brand do you print on?
All of our t-shirts are printed on high quality, cotton/ poly cotton blend t-shirts from some of your favorite brands. Our shirts have with a slim cut, but they run true to fit Based on the Corresponding sizing chart.

What size should I order?
Our sizes range generally from XS - 2XL. There are a few Designs where our sizes go up to 4XL. Please see our sizing chart for more details and suggestions for fit. Our Designs for women have a slim Fitted cut. If that Design offers a standard cut for a looser fit, it will be noted in the description section for the specific shirt.

How do I care for my shirt?
J.Aubrey Designs uses the best processes available to give you a high quality product that can stand the test of time. Some prints may fade some after being washed. Black prints tend to fade the most over time, but will still hold up for lots of wear and washes.

 

To Properly Preserve your Garment, Review the care instructions located on the tags inside your shirt And follow the directions below;

• Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.

• Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. NEVER IRON the printed area directly.

• Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry.

• Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.

 

Is my payment information secured?

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express VIA A secured payment processing system. At No point in your transaction will J.Aubrey Designs does not have access to your personal payment information.

 

SHIPPING

Domestic shipping

 

We use priority shipping (with tracking) from the United States Postal Service for all orders within the United States. With the exclusion of weekends, holidays, and rare exceptions, orders are shipped within 24-72 hours of purchase. Tracking information will be provided after products are in the possession of the Post Office.  we do not offer expedited shipping.

 

If for any reason, the shipping of your product will be delayed for reasons exclusively within the control of J.Aubrey Designs, we will notify you immediately.

International shipping

 

International orders may take 3+ weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. tracking information is not always available for international orders. to the extent that we are able to request tracking, The tracking for international orders will not update once the package leaves the US,

KINDLY notE that During holidays or times of high demand, orders may take 5-10 days to ship.
